Prepare

Any agreement, ready to send in minutes

Upload the file you already have, or start from a template. Fields go where they belong, and the ones your form already has are found for you.

Send one file or a pack of several in a single go: the agreement, the schedule, the terms. Place signatures, initials, dates, dropdowns, checkboxes, currency fields and attachment requests for each person, mark what is required, add validation so a phone number is a phone number, and let fields show or calculate themselves based on other answers.

Send

The right people sign in the right order, and nobody needs chasing

Signers, approvers, witnesses and copies, in sequence or all at once. Reminders and expiry run on the schedule you set.

Put an approver before the customer, let two tenants sign in parallel and the landlord last, or schedule a send for Monday morning. Each person can prove it is them the way you choose: email link, access code, SMS code or an ID check. Spot a typo after sending? Correct it before anyone has signed, without starting again.

How routing and reminders work

Sign

Your customer signs on the bus, in their language, with nothing to install

A guided signing page that works on any phone or laptop in seven languages. Draw, type or upload a signature, or sign in person on your own device.

The whole agreement is shown before any field is touched. Required fields are counted so nobody submits half a form. Signers can ask a question in a comment, attach the document you asked for, tick the acknowledgement of your terms, hand over to a colleague if they are the wrong person, or decline with a reason so you hear straight away.

Manage

Know what is outstanding, and hold proof that stands up

A contracts list with status at a glance, reports by month and template, and a sealed, tamper-evident file with a plain-English certificate for every finished agreement.

Search by name, label or the text people typed into fields. Export field data to a spreadsheet, set retention rules so finished contracts are deleted on your schedule, archive every email to your own address, and let anyone check a finished contract on the public verification page. Our guide explains what each line of the certificate proves.

Why trust it

Proof that does not depend on taking our word for it

No logos, no invented statistics. Four things you can check yourself.

The law is on your side

Electronic signatures are recognised in the UK, the EU, the US, Canada and Australia. We set out the statutes, the exceptions and what the evidence needs to show, with primary sources.

A certificate you can read

Every finished contract carries a plain-English certificate: who signed, how they proved it was them, when, from where, and the fingerprint of the file. The log it is printed from cannot be edited, by you or by us.

What the certificate shows

Anyone can check it is genuine

Drop a finished contract on the public verification page and it confirms the file is byte-for-byte what was signed. No account, no trust in us required: the arithmetic is the same anywhere.

Pricing

Unlimited contracts. One price for the team. Cancel in one click.

The best-known tools charge per user and cap how many agreements you can send. On DocuSign's UK pricing page, read on 9 October 2026, the Personal plan allows five envelopes a month and the Standard plan 100 per user per year, with monthly billing dearer than annual. AiresDocs has no cap on any paid plan, a free plan that stays free, and prices that include VAT where it applies.

Questions

Common questions

Are contracts signed with AiresDocs legally binding?

In the UK, the US, the EU, Canada and Australia a signature is not invalid just because it is electronic, as long as the signer meant to sign and the usual requirements for a contract are met. AiresDocs records intent (an explicit consent step and the signing act), identity (email link, access code, SMS code or ID check, as you choose), and integrity (a digital seal and SHA-256 hashes) on a plain-English certificate. A few document types, such as wills and deeds that need a witness, still call for pen and paper. Read when electronic signatures are binding; it is not legal advice.

Do the people I send contracts to need an account?

No. They receive an email with their own secure link, open it on any device, read the agreement, fill in their fields and sign. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. Only the person sending needs an account.

What counts as a contract on the free plan?

One contract is one agreement sent for signature, however many files, pages or people it contains. Drafts and templates do not count. The free plan includes 3 contracts a month; Pro and Team have no limit, within the fair-use rules on the pricing page.

Where is my data kept and who can see it?

Contracts, signatures and audit events are stored in the EU (Ireland), encrypted in transit and at rest, by a UK company. Files are in private storage reachable only through short-lived links for the owner or the signer. We do not read your contracts, and there are no advertising scripts or trackers. The security page has the details and the sub-processor list.

What happens if someone does not sign?

Reminders go out on the schedule you set, you can see exactly who is holding things up, and you can nudge, resend, change an email address or correct the contract without starting again. A signer who disagrees can decline with a reason, so you hear straight away rather than waiting. Everything is recorded in the audit trail.

Can I cancel?

Yes, in one click from Settings, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then drops to Free. Finished contracts stay available to download, and you can export everything as a ZIP at any time.
